3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Standard shipping costs $5 for orders below $50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
We reserve the right to change prices and promotions at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed unless required to correct an obvious error and permitted by applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and payment information. Payment authorization does not guarantee acceptance of an order.
4. Orders
After you place an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
5. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Standard delivery normally takes 5–8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Please contact us promptly if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery.
CALDOVIRA HOME provides free return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges within our supported U.S. service area. All returns and exchanges require prior authorization.
Products must not show signs of misuse, intentional damage, excessive wear, stains, contamination, or unauthorized modification. All essential parts and accessories must be included.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or unless otherwise required by law.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.
We may request your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After reviewing the information, we will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable law.
